Last Dance
FAQs

The last dance can be just as important as your first.  It represents you and at the same time it sets the tone of things to come.  I like getting your guests in a circle around you, sometimes even holding hands and swaying to the music.  Yes, It's corny but it leaves everyone with a good feeling at the end of your wedding.

Choose if you would like your guests to hold hands and encircle you around the dance floor, all couples to simply dance with you, or all guests to wait for your exit outside while you dance alone in the dark*

*If locations of reception area and outside exit area deem it feasible, and if weather permits; i.e. not too hot, cold or rainy.

Then the Send Off!  Usually, after the Last Dance we all scramble for the back door with our bubbles and await the bride and groom's departure.  You may want to pick a song that correlates with your honeymoon vacation, like Viva Las Vegas by Elvis.  Unless otherwise advised, my favorite send off is I'm A Believer re-done by Smash Mouth.

Others have been:

Happy Trails, Roy Rogers & Dale Evans

Happy Trails, Van Halen

Star Wars Cantina Song

Kokomo, Beach Boys
